Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.
- Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design guidelines and standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience for Intermediate roles or 5+ years for Senior roles in product design.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong skills in prototyping and wireframing.
- Excellent visual design capabilities and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to fluent English proficiency for effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications in design or a related field.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of technical constraints.
