Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
  • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
  • Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Utilize industry-standard design tools to produce high-quality design assets
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years to 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Proficient English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent
  • College degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong skills in user research, prototyping, wireframing, interaction and visual design
  • Experience with usability testing and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
