- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
- Utilize industry-standard design tools to produce high-quality design assets
- 2-3 years to 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficient English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent
- College degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong skills in user research, prototyping, wireframing, interaction and visual design
- Experience with usability testing and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
