Job Opportunity: Agile Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Agile Business Analyst with experience in privacy regulations and cookie management to support company's global cookie governance and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with technical expertise in tools like Consent Management Systems, ObservePoint, Jira, and Confluence.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 6 times per month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide global support and guidance on best practices for cookies and similar technologies.
• Conduct Cookie Privacy Assessments and assist stakeholders with compliance.
• Draft and update cookie notices for company's websites.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with trackers and scans.
• Report compliance status, risks, and issues to Privacy Forums and management.
• Set up and monitor alerts in Consent Logging Solution dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve process gaps.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Agile Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations affecting cookies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of cookie Consent Management Systems and tracker scanning tools (e.g., ObservePoint).
• High-level understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) architecture and ad-tech.
