Position: Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: Lisboa, Porto or Cascais (Hybrid/Flexible – occasional office presence)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement robust security architectures.
• Evaluate and compare cybersecurity solutions, producing technical documentation (High-Level and Low-Level Design).
• Configure and manage firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point).
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and technological risks.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving cyber threats.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Strong expertise in risk management (technological and organizational).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point).
• Valued: Palo Alto certifications (PSE Hardware Firewall, PSE SASE, Remote User Administrator, Cyberforce Defender).
