Corporate Strategy & CEO Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Corporate Strategy and CEO Office team, with a dual focus on strategic initiatives and executive-level support within the CEO Office.

This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Group’s strategic direction while gaining high-level exposure through direct interaction with the Executive Committee.

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with 5 to 7 years in Business/Strategy Consulting or within a Corporate Department (preferably Strategy, CEO Office, or Finance) in a multinational company.

The position is based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (remote and office).

What will you do?

Corporate Strategy (Primary Focus)

• Lead and support the definition and execution of the Group’s strategic plan
• Provide guidance on key strategic decisions, both organic and inorganic
• Evaluate investment opportunities, perform valuations, and review business models
• Contribute to the Group’s asset allocation strategy
• Conduct in-depth research on markets, industry sectors, competitors, and trends
• Collaborate closely with the Group’s five business lines (Cash, Security, Alarms, AVOS Tech, Cipher) and corporate departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, HR…)
• Prepare and present strategic proposals for discussion with the Executive Committee
• Provide advice on strategic matters including commercial, product, operational, and financial topics

CEO Office (Strategic Support)

• Prepare and oversee high-impact materials for the CEO, including presentations, speeches, and executive briefings
• Ensure strategic alignment and quality of communications for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a strategic liaison between the Corporate Strategy team and the CEO Office
• Contribute to executive-level decision-making processes
• Support the CEO in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights

What do we expect from you?

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Business / Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy / CEO Office / Finance / M&A roles
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields, with a strong academic record
• MBA or Master’s in Finance or similar is highly valued
• Fluent in English
• Strong financial acumen – business valuation, financial statements, ROI analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (highly advanced level required) and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized profile, with strong multitasking capabilities and ability to distinguish and prioritize key topics
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
