I have partnered with a global leader in payments and Identity authentication, revolutionizing the payments industry and ensuring governments have the highest level of security.

The role:

They are looking for a Senior SRE to drive resilience, scalability, and security across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Champion customer-centric reliability via SLAs, OKRs, and continuous improvement.
• Strong expertise in Azure
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and platform hardening efforts.
• Define and oversee deployment, change, and performance monitoring practices.
• Architect and govern Azure cloud and full-stack environments.
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance.
• Support platform lifecycle from design through operations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in enterprise platform management (SaaS/Cloud).
• 3+ Years of experience with Azure platform
• 3+ years driving SRE practices and reliability improvements.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, observability stacks (e.g. ELK), and automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-native services, infrastructure as code, and ITIL practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Financial Services, Payments or high transactional e-commerce
