We’re currently hiring a Product Manager to support one of our key clients. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on product leader with deep experience in AI/ML product delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for GenAI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative AI features.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market trends.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and user feedback.
• Ensure user-friendly and responsible AI experiences aligned with ethical and compliance standards.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients, including UAE-based project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience, with proven success in managing AI/ML or GenAI products.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and related GenAI tools.
• Background in launching scalable AI-driven web or enterprise products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Product Management, Computer Science, or related field.
