As a Functional IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming business needs into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and structuring user stories, use cases, and product backlog to guide developers effectively.
- Designing user-friendly solutions through wireframes, workflows, and functional models.
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Acting as the link between customers and development teams, taking on a Product Owner role when necessary.
- Supporting project planning, workload estimation, and test scenario documentation.
MUST HAVE
- Experience with integration projects
- Experience with a few the following: API, REST, SOAP, Postman, JSON, XML, SQL,...
- Experience in writing user stories and product backlogs.
- Proficiency with BPMN, UML, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Languages and mobility: resident in Belgium; fluent oral communication skills in Dutch (or French) and English; geographic mobility – you must be ready to accept assignments anywhere in Belgium.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with system-to-system interaction design.
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and environments.
