Business Analyst

Summary: This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that requirements are effectively communicated and translated into actionable user stories or use cases within an agile framework.

Main Responsibilities:

This role includes various key responsibilities to support effective project execution:

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and use cases.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment.
• Create technical specifications leveraging XML/XSD and SQL.
• Collaborate with teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Assist in test management processes as needed.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of XML/XSD and SQL.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
