- Assist in test management processes as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of XML/XSD and SQL.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience with test management frameworks.
- German language skills.
