We are looking for an Cybersecutiry Specialist for a hybrid project based in Maia, Oporto (hybrid).

Job Description:

• Carry out an assessment in the Group’s new areas and companies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and manufacturers to understand business goals and support delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Architects, Engineers for the successful delivery of program streams.
• Propose and develop solutions to collaborate with new areas and companies.
• Implement standards and ensure visibility of the information security requirements of these areas/companies.
• Oversee enhancements, configurations, experimentations, and investigations of alternative solutions.
• Ability to assume responsibility for multiple concurrent projects and discuss the right priority with the team.
• Resolve problems independently and understand escalation procedures.
• Support the development of policies, standards, guidelines, governance, and related guidance for Information Security.
• Be aware of the latest threats in the cybersecurity domain to guide and advise the organisation regarding the up-gradation of systems.
• Ensure periodic testing of the organisation’s Information lifecycles, networks and systems from a security point of view.
• Help to Track, record, monitor and resolve vulnerability or security issues that may arise.

Required:

• Knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and applicability in hybrid environments.
• Problem solver with the ability to discuss, analyse, and prioritise meeting projects objectives.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible skills to technically discuss and manage onboarding processes in new areas.
• Analytic, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand the business problem and determine what aspects of it require optimisation; articulate those aspects in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of common security frameworks and standards (e.g NIST, ISO 27k’s).
• Good knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, AD FS, Network, ExpressRoute, FWaaS, VM’s, etc).
• Knowledge of others cloud providers (AWS, GCP PaaS, etc.).
• Exposure to Yaml, Docker, Git, Terraform.
• Understanding how a SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS works.
• Experience working in a fast-paced multi-team environment.
• Good skills in English, both written and oral.
