We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our London team and help shape the future of institutional crypto solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting institutional clients, exchanges, and corporate partners in the crypto and digital asset space
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to craft tailored solutions
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in crypto and blockchain
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness
  • What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, crypto, or digital assets
    • Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology, or digital asset solutions
    • Proven track record of closing deals and managing enterprise or institutional clients
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
