Join our team as a Cloud Platform Engineer and play a key role in designing and delivering a cloud platform that drives innovation and efficiency across Julius Baer.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Design and implement complex orchestration solutions and enable Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities for our Cloud platform based on Microsoft Azure
- Work closely with development teams, supporting and mentoring them in their cloud journey and in adopting new methodologies like GitOps
- Profound hands-on experience working with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps principles
- Software Engineering background, previous experience with GoLang a plus
- Proficiency working with Kubernetes and familiarity with the operator pattern
- You have a can-do attitude; you are pragmatic and open-minded
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, your ideas are welcome
- Enjoy working with a goal-oriented and structured approach
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services is an advantage
- Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Cloud Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate or similar is an advantage
