Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer – PEGA Specialist to join a dynamic remote team responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of complex Pega-based applications. The ideal candidate and team will bring deep expertise in PEGA development, deployment, and architecture, ensuring seamless integration, continuous delivery, and robust system performance for enterprise-grade applications.

This role is part of a framework contract, and fulfilling mandatory qualifications and experience criteria is essential for proposal acceptance.

Mandatory Requirements (Entire Team)

All proposed team members must demonstrate:

• Hands-on experience in PEGA development
• Experience with PEGA Constellation UI architecture
• Certified PEGA System Architect (SSA) status
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Informatics, or a related field

Additional Requirements (At Least One Senior Team Member)

One senior team member must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in the design and maintenance of complex PEGA modules
• Strong hands-on experience using the PEGA Deployment Manager for CI/CD processes
• Must hold a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) certification

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain PEGA applications using PEGA Platform and PEGA Constellation
• Collaborate with team members to design scalable, secure, and efficient modules
• Manage deployments and version control via PEGA Deployment Manager
• Ensure all development aligns with project requirements and quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues and perform system optimization and tuning
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to documentation
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an agile setup

Preferred Qualifications (Award Criteria)

Proposals that meet all mandatory requirements will be further evaluated based on:

• Depth of experience in PEGA architecture and module design
• Demonstrated success in complex PEGA implementations
• Certifications beyond minimum (e.g., CLSA, PEGA Decisioning Consultant)
• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and practices in enterprise environments
