Client Background & Position Overview
Our client is an international supplier of cabin and cargo equipment to the aviation and aerospace industry, working closely with airlines, OEMs, MROs, and technology partners. To strengthen their global business presence, they are seeking an experienced Sales Executive Manager to lead commercial growth initiatives, manage strategic accounts, and expand their footprint in a highly competitive and technical market.
This position requires a commercially driven leader who can build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate high-value contracts on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth with airlines, OEMs, MROs, and aerospace suppliers
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into long-term contracts
- Build, nurture, and manage senior-level customer relationships across key accounts
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring successful deal structuring and closure
- Provide market and competitive insights to support product and service strategy
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and international customer meetings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial initiatives with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally in airlines, aerospace, OEM, or MRO sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technical and competitive environment
- Strong professional network in the aviation and aerospace ecosystem
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and deal closing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
