Role Overview:

We are looking for an UX/UI Consultant to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success.


[Offices in Lisbon].


What you will do:

  • Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces.
  • Create interactive prototypes, navigation flows, page architecture, and decision trees using tools like Figma or InVision.
  • Support development teams by ensuring design alignment and feasibility.
  • Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and usability research to inform design decisions.
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and problem-framing workshops.
  • Present findings and design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of Design Systems, UI Kits, and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development constraints.


What you are like:

  • Proven experience with Figma or InVision;
  • Familiarity with vector design and image editing tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop;
  • Experience working with Design Systems, UI Kits, or live style guides;
  • Strong understanding of usability flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
  • Experience in handing off designs to development teams.
  • Ability to adapt designs to technical limitations.
  • Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, or UX Research are a plus.
