What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle with institutional and enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing high-value deals
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, trading desks, and investment managers
- Drive adoption of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain solutions through consultative, solution-oriented selling
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to shape go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain, or institutional fintech
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or institutional clients
- Strong network within the crypto or financial services ecosystem
- Hunter mentality combined with a consultative approach—comfortable opening doors and nurturing long-term partnerships
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presence
