IT Project Manager (SAP SD)

Our client is searching for a hands-on IT Project Manager (with a focus on SAP SD) to lead international IT initiatives, implement robust SAP solutions, and drive innovation across business and technology functions for a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Strategic IT Projects: Manage large-scale, international initiatives with measurable impact.
• Own SAP SD Delivery: Oversee full lifecycle implementations, manage partners, maintain system health, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate business needs into high-quality SAP SD designs.
• Drive Global Process Alignment: Support harmonisation efforts across international teams.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Optimise SAP applications and advise on emerging tech.
• Shape Change: Lead change management across departments and countries.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in an IT role in a complex organisational environment
• Proven experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings
• Commitment to service excellence and collaboration
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
