Product Data Analyst – Full Remote (based in Germany) – Italian Speaker
On behalf of a major European scale-up, we’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to strengthen the analytics function within CRM, product, and business teams.
This role is central in turning data into actionable insights that shape product decisions, customer journeys, and overall business growth. You’ll partner with stakeholders across product and business areas to measure impact, run experiments, and provide high-quality data support.
What you will do
- Monitor and analyze key metrics across CRM, product, and digital channels.
- Support decision-making on acquisition, retention, engagement, churn, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to optimize product features and customer journeys.
- Build dashboards, reports, and scalable analytics tools for cross-team use.
- Translate complex data into insights that inform product and business strategies.
Your background
- 3–5+ years as a Data Analyst, ideally in product-led or digital companies (e.g. SaaS, e-commerce, consumer platforms).
- Excellent SQL and Python skills for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Proven experience with digital KPIs and CRM-related analytics.
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Solid skills in data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain insights to non-technical teams.
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
Offer
- Full remote role, based in Germany.
- Salary up to €75,000 gross/year.
