Your mission

• Implement automated processes for provisioning and managing infrastructure
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Set up and manage systems to track performance and quickly resolve issues
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
• Apply best security practices in infrastructure and deployment processes
• Design systems for efficient scaling and ensure high availability and reliability
• Participate in incident response and optimize system performance

Required superpowers

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, developing and operating solutions
• Development background, with hands on experience of at least one programming language (e.g. go, java, python,…)
• Strong scripting skills, ideally Python, Bash
• Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Expertise in frameworks like Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible playbooks for building custom APIs and infrastructure as codeProficiency in containers and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, EKS, JFrog Artifactory)
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub actions, templates, repositories, workflows, and security
• Hands on experience with GitOps Tools ArgoCD, Argo Workflows or Flux CD is preferred
• Strong understanding of basic security concepts and the ability to apply them across different technologies
• Knowledge of systems monitoring, alerting, and analytics at the container level for APM tools, includingGrafana, Prometheus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• DevOps mentality
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working on Agile teams using collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Github
