👨‍💻 About the ROLE.

• You'll support agile transformations and introduce an agile mindset, by helping entire companies and teams restructure and improve.
• You’ll be the main point of contact for their clients, by leading meetings and workshops, and making sure the projects are done in time.
• You’ll support client’s C level management in adopting an agile mindset.
• You’ll coach teams and individuals to promote open-culture, efficient cooperation and resolve conflicts.

🧑‍🎓 About YOU.

• You have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, working on bigger scale agile transformations, affecting entire companies and departments.
• You have experience working in a consultancy setting on different projects.
• You’ve consulted C level management.
• You’re fluent in both German and English.
• You’re passionate about software engineering and it’s a big plus if you have a technical background.

💰 The annual salary depends on your seniority, and it can be 90k EUR, or even up to 110k EUR for a more senior candidate.
