Avesoro is a privately owned gold exploration, development, and production company. The company operates across several regions, aiming to create sustainable value for its communities, employees, and stakeholders.

We are currently seeking a Junior Software Support Specialist to join our team in Ankara. This role will be responsible for supporting the effective use of ERP and application software, resolving user issues, and contributing to the efficient execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues related to ERP and application software, evaluate incoming requests, and escalate to relevant teams when necessary
• Analyze user requirements, document them, and track solution processes
• Provide user training to ensure effective and efficient use of ERP systems; prepare user manuals and documentation
• Manage ERP user account creation, authorization, and maintenance processes
• Monitor existing processes, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the software development team to contribute to the resolution of reported issues
• Support testing processes when required and gather user feedback

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of business analysis, software processes, and ERP systems

Language Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of French and Arabic is a plus
