Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a colleague for our Risk and Quantitative Analysis Team !

• Assess, identify, monitor and report potential risks associated with commodity trading business,
• Perform daily risk management responsibilities including energy price development and risk calculations,
• Conduct scenario analysis based on market analysis results,
• Ensure risk management processes follow defined rules and principles,
• Analyze fundamental and financial information/data available to the business,
• Develop analytical models required by related functions to perform their operations,
• Support IT projects, especially those related to ETRM tools and analytical model development.

What we expect

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Solid collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with teams from various disciplines,
• Experience in financial risk management,
• Statistics knowledge, (intermediate level knowledge is a plus)
• Experience in algorithm development. (hands-on experience in Python and/or R is a plus)
