Freelance Frontend Angular Developer– Flanders Region (BELGIUM) – 12 MONTHS+ FREELANCE

I am working directly with a large healthcare organisation based in the Flanders region who is looking for x2 experienced Angular Developers. You will be working in an experienced team to develop a greenfield electronic medical filing system which will be in place across the Benelux healthcare system.

Role:

• You are part of the FE team (the team of frontend developers).
• You will be assigned to a development team that is responsible for a part of the application.
• You start from a well-documented business analysis and technical analysis.
• In the development team you work together with a business analyst, a technical analyst, a backend developer and a tester.
• You join a (digital) daily standup according to the agile methodology on a daily basis.
• In addition, you can also be deployed for overarching frontend tasks such as the development of shared components.
• You will join a large and multidisciplinary team and get the opportunity to help build a socially relevant application.

Required expertise:

• Although the focus is 90% on web, there is also 10% NodeJS involved.
• At least 5 years of (recent) experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of SQL is required. Knowledge of specific SQLite is a big plus.
• Knowledge of an ORM is required. Knowledge of specific TypeORM is a big plus.
• You must be able to work with a GitLab environment and interpret the results of a CI/CD run perfectly.
• You're the person colleagues come to when they don't find the right Git command (and you're happy to help them).
• You are the person that colleagues start sweating when you start their code review.
• You can bring an Angular app with encrypted SQLite DB to iOS, Android and the desktop completely independently using additional libraries.
• You can independently structure an Angular app with 4000+ components in an Nx Monorepo.
• You can set up an OIDC flow completely independently with a self-hosted Keycloak server.
• Experience as a frontend lead at your previous job is a big plus.
