What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise and institutional clients, from strategic prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, portfolio managers, and trading desks.
- Champion adoption of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain solutions through consultative, value-driven selling.
- Represent the company at major industry events, executive roundtables, and client-facing forums.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategy and identify emerging opportunities in digital assets.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing institutional sales team as the business expands.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain, or institutional fintech.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or institutional clients.
- Established network within the crypto, DeFi, or financial services ecosystem.
- Strong hunter mentality paired with consultative expertise—able to open doors and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence; comfortable engaging at board and C-suite levels.
