Middle Power BI Developer (Analytics and KPIs) - Aesthetics Industry

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced analytical solutions that empower our clients, with a particular focus on the aesthetics industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, transforming data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Analytical Solutions: Utilize Power BI to design and develop insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to the unique needs of the aesthetics industry;
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and domain experts, to gather requirements and understand business needs;
Demonstrate ability to rapidly iterate and implement stakeholder feedback, adjusting reports and visualizations in both Excel and Power BI environments;
Create MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) of reports in Excel before full implementation in Power BI to validate concepts, gather early feedback, and ensure alignment with business requirements;
Data Modeling and Transformation: Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting requirements;
Leverage SQL knowledge to write efficient queries for extracting and aggregating datasets from SQL databases to support Power BI reporting requirements;
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration to ensure data accuracy and relevance;
Optimize Performance: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring smooth and efficient data retrieval and visualization.

Skills And Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong focus on analytics, KPI design, and dashboard development;
Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL, Excel and M language;
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new technologies as needed;
English level - B2+

Nice To Have

Experience with aesthetics or related industries;
Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies;
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
