Junior Data Quality Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Quality Analyst. We specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions across various industries, including aesthetics. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data testing solutions that empower our clients in the aesthetics sector.

Responsibilities

Download and maintain data reports from various systems to ensure data is up-to-date and accessible.
Perform daily review and monitoring of data synchronization statuses to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Build and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data across different databases.
Create and maintain Excel reports to verify data accuracy and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Develop and execute test cases to validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across systems.
Identify, document, and track data-related defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in data quality assurance processes by performing root cause analysis and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards are met throughout the data lifecycle.

Skills And Qualifications

SQL - basic skills
Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including working with formulas, organizing and filtering data, and creating basic reports to support data review.
QA Testing Skills: Hands-on experience in developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and validating data integrity and completeness.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Have

Proficiency in SQL: Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis across various databases.
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with data in the aesthetics industry or a related field.
Problem-solving Skills: Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving data-related problems effectively.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
