We are searching for IT Technical Support Engineer to join our local team of IT professionals, delivering end user services for Saab Finland, in align with Saab Group IT processes, policies and methods.
Your role
Your main tasks will cover
In this role daily duties require presence at the office with some exceptions to work from home.
Your profile
To succeed in this role requires business-oriented approach to solve various kinds of IT service requests, in environment where conditions and priorities can change in short notice, and take responsibility of promises given.
We expect you can prioritize your daily tasks independently, but there is also the team to support you. You can be in the beginning of your career, or more seasoned specialist.

In this job, some of your tasks have a connection to defense secrecy. Therefore, a drug test and approved security clearance in accordance with the Finnish Security Clearance act 726/2014 is required for the selected applicant.

Your role
Your main tasks will cover
- Provide support for our PC users where remote service from the 1st level is not sufficient
- Install and deliver PC’s, mobile phones and other client-related IT hardware
- Support our R&D and Production in specific, separately agreed tasks
- Support printers and conference room equipment
- Keep local business stakeholders and end users updated on client-related changes and issues
