Role Description

Are you a natural hunter, passionate about selling innovative technology solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (internal title: Senior Account Manager) to strengthen our sales team and accelerate our growth. If you have proven experience in at least one of the following areas — connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity/resilience, or colocation — this opportunity is for you. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bettembourg, Luxembourg.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise and institutional clients through a proactive sales strategy
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to grow revenue and increase market share
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to create visibility and develop opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring we fully understand client needs, requirements, and challenges
  • Stay connected to the market to identify new opportunities and ensure ongoing engagement with all viable prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing to support the development and execution of targeted initiatives


Experience and Education

  • At least 5 years of successful experience in business development or account management within an ISP or telecom environment
  • Strong track record in selling and managing complex B2B solutions across cloud services, connectivity solutions, and cyber resilience/cybersecurity offerings
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT and networking environments, with the ability to position integrated solutions that combine infrastructure, connectivity, and security
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and grow long-term enterprise relationships
  • Fluency in French and English required; Luxembourgish and/or German are significant assets
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; additional training or certifications in cloud, networking, or security are a plus

  • Proven track record in ICT business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and position new solutions
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering value
