ASSOCIATE SCRUM MASTER - LEAD

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across teams.

 The role ensures Scrum/Kanban practices are thoroughly adopted, adhered to, and continuously improved. 

Experience in facilitating all ceremonies, enable backlog refinement, and foster collaboration to maximize business value. 

Strong hands-on experience with Jira is essential, including managing boards, workflows, building custom JQL queries, dashboards, and backlog management. 

Expertise in creating reports and insights using EazyBI is required. 

Good experience in identifying and resolving impediments, promote process discipline, and champion continuous improvement. 

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills 

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory. 

Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and advanced analytics/reporting tools is a plus
