ASSOCIATE SCRUM MASTER - LEAD

5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple client-facing teams

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory

Should have good experience in facilitating all Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles

Experience in drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and transparency in delivery

Experience in Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to maximize business value

Experience in Identifying and resolving delivery impediments, ensuring smooth execution across teams

Experience in Promoting agile maturity, continuous improvement, and process discipline.

Strong hands-on expertise in Jira(custom queries, dashboards, backlog management)

Experience in managing and optimizing Jira boards, workflows, filters, and dashboards

Experience in EazyBI reporting?and data-driven delivery tracking

Experience in building and maintaining custom JQL queries, reporting dashboards, and EazyBI reports for effective tracking and insights.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
