DevOps Engineer – £100K - AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform

We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech that’s scaling its global platform and building the infrastructure needed to support their next phase of expansion.

This is a chance to join a collaborative engineering team where you’ll design, automate, and operate the core platform that powers products used worldwide. You’ll work hand-in-hand with developers to enable rapid delivery, reliability, and security at scale.

The Role

• Design, build, and maintain resilient distributed systems.
• Operate and optimise Kubernetes clusters running in AWS.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
• Write production-quality software (Python preferred).
• Build out monitoring, observability, and incident management capabilities.
• Automate workflows and services to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Shape the architecture and delivery of new systems and platform features.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep AWS expertise.
• Proven track record with large-scale Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong programming skills (ideally Python).
• Solid Terraform experience.
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
