Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP transition projects
- Manage multiple concurrent IT and business-related projects with local impact
- Act as a bridge between IT teams and business units, ensuring alignment and value delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across departments
- Take ownership of product vision and roadmap when needed, acting as a strong Product Owner
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring project success
- Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning
- Proven experience as Project Manager, Program Manager, and/or Product Owner
- Strong background in ERP transitions and IT transformation
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English;
- Freelance status with availability for hybrid work in Brussels
