Junior Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated professional to support data analysis and process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to data processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, validate, and refine new requirements.
• Support the implementation of new features and changes in production environments.
• Monitor data sourcing, analyse rejected data, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to data quality improvement and reporting initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in financial data is a plus.
• Understanding of data management, data processing, and data quality.
• Database management (SQL).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI.

Language Skills:

• English: minimum B2 level

Work Model:

• Hybrid regime in Lisbon (2x per week on-site).
