As UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in building and managing Avea's visual appearance on our key selling tool - our website. You will work with our Product Manager and Head of Product to design and evolve a website that transmits our brand's message and is optimised for conversion.

As UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in building and managing Avea's visual appearance on our key selling tool - our website. You will work with our Product Manager and Head of Product to design and evolve a website that transmits our brand's message and is optimised for conversion.
What Will You Do
- Create digital assets for web, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Create HTML5 assets for email, display banners, and the website.
- Responsive image adaptations for the website and digital products.
- Translate user research and insights into actionable design solutions.
- Partner closely with Marketing (Brand and Creative) to ensure designs are on-brand and align with marketing objectives.
- Develop responsive web designs that are visually appealing and optimised for conversion.
- Work with the Growth team to come up with new design variations, AB test them, and implement learnings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- 1+ years of proven work experience designing UX and UI for ecommerce brands.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual assets for premium brands.
- Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite and Canva are a plus.
- Experience with Shopify is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of website design principles and best practices, up-to-date with the latest web design trends.
- Willingness to think beyond aesthetics and cooperatively work on solutions that drive actual conversions.
- A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements, and longevity, or the willingness to learn more about the industry.
