Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience in both print and digital design.
- Proactive approach and professionalism.
- Precision and very high attention to detail.
- Reliability and compliance with deadlines.
- Fluent English level - at least B2.
- Ability to present own work and proposed solutions clearly and with self-confidence.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purpose).
- Knowledge of UX/UI.
- Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and inspire creativity.
