Our IKEA Museum Shop is unique and in many ways a success story. We are now in a phase where we need to set the right preconditions to operate more efficiently and scale our business including possible e-commerce solution. We are looking for you who has a passion for improving our value chain. You are energized by solving complex tasks with the end customer in focus. Working across organizations and functions to reach set objectives and goals is natural for you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As Project Leader for IKEA Museum shop you possess the ability to identify, structure and plan new ways of working based on an entrepreneurial drive. Your understanding of IKEAs value chain will support you in prioritizing and sequencing the work to reach set goals. Your seniority and strong leadership skills in cooperation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders goes hand in hand with problem solving and openness to change.

This is a temporary assignment for a specific project for 1,5 year, full-time (40 hours per week) and located in Älmhult, Sweden. You will report to the Destination & Museum Manager at IKEA Älmhult AB.

- Clarify the right and relevant supply set up for IKEA Museum Shop
- Clarify the right and relevant sourcing set up for IKEA Museum Shop
- Support establishment of the range direction (based on IKEA Range Strategy) for IKEA Museum Shop
- Evaluate the IKEA Museum in store solution test and prepare possible next steps.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are/have:
- Deep knowledge in IKEAs value chain and operating model, with experience from working with Supply, Sourcing and Range Development
- Extensive experience from planning and executing projects with proven results.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated with ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Good analytical skills and ability to create structure, plan and prioritize detailed assignments and deliver with high quality.
- Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines.
- Knowledge of leading in a modern digital environment and understanding of the IKEA application landscape
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish language will be an added advantage.
- Ambassador of the IKEA values.
