Join our DevOps team where you’ll collaborate on the design, implementation, deployment, and integration of a cutting-edge trading/order management platform. Tbricks Retail team is a part of Equities tribe that provide development and maintenance for cash equity trading within the bank.

About The Role

We’re looking for a talented DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and support the infrastructure behind our Order Management System (OMS) — a low-latency, high-performance trading platform connected to several exchanges around the world.

You’ll work closely with our C++ development team to streamline build pipelines, improve deployment automation, and ensure robust, scalable, and observable production environments.

If you’re passionate about automation, performance, and helping development teams move fast without breaking things, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities Will Encompass

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying C++ applications.
• Automate deployment and configuration of OMS infrastructure across environments (dev, staging, prod).
• Maintain infrastructure reliability and performance for trading systems.
• Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to improve build times, test coverage, and release processes.
• Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Work with containers (e.g. Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Support and improve Linux-based production environments.
• Troubleshoot environment and deployment issues with a performance mindset.
  
  

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Proficiency with Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and preferably orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
