Experience: 9+ Years

Expert in Operational Risk and Custom Module Development

Required Skills and Experience:

Overall 9+ years of proven experience in the operational risk domain, ideally within financial services, technology, or regulated industries.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically the Operational Resiliency module.
• Demonstrated ability to customize ServiceNow modules and develop new features using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of operational resiliency principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
