Over 10 years, leading projects that apply agile principles, methods, and techniques, particularly on Large and Complex IT Systems.

The candidate should have seven years of experience within the past seven years in assisting IT projects transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology.

The candidate should have three to seven years of total experience writing back-ends of modern web applications using frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, or Express and front ends using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Ember, or Backbone, along with modern web standards-compliant CSS and HTML.

The candidate must have a minimum of two up-to five years of experience within the past ten years on a project that either implemented or performed maintenance and operations on human services eligibility and/or enrollment system that meets the definition of a Large and Complex IT System.
