We’re working with a fast-growing AI technology company that’s scaling its infrastructure team and looking for an experienced DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build and evolve a world-class cloud environment.

You’ll join a high-performing team of six engineers, working across Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform to design, scale, and deliver the systems powering cutting-edge AI applications. This is a hands-on build-focused role, not just maintenance — you’ll shape the foundations of a growing platform used by thousands globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and scaling modern AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, Terraform, Prometheus)
• Leading medium-sized infrastructure and scaling projects
• Migrating key systems into Kubernetes (EKS on AWS)
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex scaling and pipeline issues
• Acting as a technical expert and mentoring others within the team
• Collaborating with product, R&D, and AI teams to support their platform needs
• Participating in an out-of-hours escalation rota (shared across the team)

Tech Environment

Core: Kubernetes (EKS on AWS), Karpenter, Prometheus, Terraform

Preferred: Cilium or other service mesh, Flux / Argo, Ansible

Bonus: Experience with GPU or high-performance compute in Kubernetes

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years’ experience in DevOps / cloud infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes (EKS on AWS)
• Strong Terraform and Prometheus skills
• Excellent problem-solving and scaling experience
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
