About Your New Job

• Software Development: Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions. Work with software, hardware, technologies, and tools.
• Design and Implementation: Participate in or support the delivery of designs and implementations. Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.
• Code Reviews and CICD: Perform code reviews and manage CICD and deployment activities. Understand and implement DevOps culture.
• Team Leadership: Lead large teams and serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Java & Spring
• Agile Scrum Master and Lean Agile certification.
• Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of architecture and bank standards.
