Key responsibilities:
- own the outbound product portfolio: define, develop, and optimize international delivery products (returns, DDP, customs clearance, same-day/express, etc.)
- customer-first approach: simplify onboarding, improve partner SLAs, and ensure outstanding product experience across channels
- P&L ownership: ensure profitability and scalability of outbound products, contributing directly to Omniva’s equity story and privatization readiness

- proven track record in product management, international logistics, or e-commerce
- experience in cross-border delivery, customs solutions, or last-mile logistics is a strong advantage

- excellent communication and negotiation skills for partner and stakeholder management
- entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable solutions
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and international environment
- fluency in English required; proficiency in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian is a plus
