Outbound Manager

As Outbound Product Manager, you will own and drive the development, scaling, and profitability of Omniva’s international outbound logistics products.You will act as the entrepreneur of your product line, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to expand Omniva’s global reach, strengthen customer experience, and build margin-positive, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

own the outbound product portfolio: define, develop, and optimize international delivery products (returns, DDP, customs clearance, same-day/express, etc.)
customer-first approach: simplify onboarding, improve partner SLAs, and ensure outstanding product experience across channels
P&L ownership: ensure profitability and scalability of outbound products, contributing directly to Omniva’s equity story and privatization readiness
cross-functional leadership: work closely with tech, operations, and commercial teams to deliver innovation and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

proven track record in product management, international logistics, or e-commerce
experience in cross-border delivery, customs solutions, or last-mile logistics is a strong advantage
strong analytical and commercial mindset—capable of balancing customer needs, operational feasibility, and profitability
excellent communication and negotiation skills for partner and stakeholder management
entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable solutions
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and international environment
fluency in English required; proficiency in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian is a plus
