A leading financial institution in Switzerland is seeking a technically skilled Internal IT Auditor to join its Information Security team. This role is key in assessing and monitoring the implementation of security standards and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27002:2022 and NIST CSF 2.

The successful candidate will help maintain the organization’s high security standards by conducting internal audits, advising IT teams, and driving continuous improvement across all information security processes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of information security requirements and ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance and identify control weaknesses.
• Document findings and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Advise and support IT teams in closing security gaps and improving processes.
• Contribute to the development and updating of security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant audit processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27002 and other security frameworks.
• Proven experience conducting IT audits or controls within an enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to convey complex topics clearly.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are highly desirable.
