Solution Architect App Framework (gn) - Location Bucharest

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect - App Framework - to join our dynamic team at DKV Mobility Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the architecture of the App Framework, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, Backend, and Web teams to ensure seamless integration and a unified technical vision.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team and reviewing solutions to align with architectural standards.
• Translate business requirements and product roadmaps into clear technical designs and implementation guidelines.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and introducing new tools, frameworks, and patterns (e.g., server-driven UI, modular SDKs, cross-platform solutions).
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards across the mobile ecosystem.
• Create and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical guidelines to support development teams.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and impact analysis for architectural changes.
• Support troubleshooting of complex issues, ensuring stability and high availability of mobile solutions.

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in native mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin).
• Solid knowledge of backend integration (REST, event-driven systems as Kafka or similar, Microservices, BFF patterns) and database integration (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring).
• Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API keys).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in Agile, distributed teams across multiple countries.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with third-party SDKs such as map services and payment integration.
• Experience with in-car integrations (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Android Automotive).
