Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned technology leader to drive the strategy, modernization, and performance of key banking platforms, including core banking, payments, and enterprise workflows. This role is central to building scalable, secure, and future-ready systems that support business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead platform strategy across core banking, payments, and workflow systems.
• Oversee modernization of legacy platforms to modular, cloud-enabled, API-driven architectures.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Collaborate with business, tech, and risk teams to prioritize enhancements and integration efforts.
• Promote automation, reusability, and platform-driven thinking across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional engineering and operations teams with a focus on agility and performance.

Core Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise in core banking systems, payments infrastructure and enterprise workflow automation.
• Strong background in platform engineering, cloud transformation, and API enablement.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk, and resilience standards.
• Proven leadership in driving large-scale platform initiatives in complex environments.
