This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 2-3 days per week. You will report to the Team Lead, Talent Coordinator.
You'll Get To…
- Coordinate a high volume of video, phone, and onsite interviews for a diverse set of candidates across multiple time zones
- Champion data integrity through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and interview scheduling tool (candidate.FYI)
- Collaborate with TA Partners and other Talent Coordinators on managing recurring tasks and projects, e.g. interviewer calibration
- Build relationships with teams across the company
- Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview schedule to offer
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with other tasks such as: audit and compliance, documentation
- 1+ years of experience
- You are social and genuinely enjoy working with others
- You are detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and proactively
- You are comfortable working with candidates and interviewers across all levels
- You see challenges as opportunities to make improvements

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
