As a Senior Product Designer of E-commerce, you will work closely with our marketing team to design high-converting E-commerce experiences. You will focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create high-converting landing pages and sales funnels in Figma.
  • Build and prototype pages using Framer, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing and sales platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective advertorial pages that drive traffic from Facebook ads to conversion.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize page performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production.
  • Utilize and refine existing design systems, building upon them to optimize our website and drive growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our customers' needs, segment-based behaviors, and potential growth opportunities. Provide data-driven solutions based on those insights.
  • Help influence strategic decisions across all corners of our web presence based on experimentation insights and growth data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, CRO, and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve user experience and conversion rates.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role with a strong focus on CRO.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Framer, with a portfolio showcasing your design work and successful projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design for monetization, specializing in strategies that convert free users to paying customers.
  • Has 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company, with a proven track record in enhancing monetization.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and a deep understanding of the principles of UX/UI design.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
