At MIGSO-PCUBED, the world’s largest PMO and Project Controls consultancy, we’re creating our Sydney hub — and we want a consultant-turned-entrepreneur to grow it.


This role isn’t just about winning logos. It’s about opening accounts and developing them from the inside — nurturing relationships, embedding our consultants, and scaling into long-term partnerships. With global IP and delivery excellence behind you, you’ll grow both new and existing accounts into cornerstones of our Australian business.


Your mission


  • Hunt & Farm: Win new clients, then expand them — from first project to multi-service engagement.
  • Build Teams: Partner with recruitment to staff your accounts; foster a culture where consultants thrive.
  • Grow Relationships: Stay close to clients, understand their evolving needs, and embed MP as a trusted partner.


What you bring


  • 5–10 years in PMO, Project Controls, or project delivery.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; curiosity for business development.
  • Resilience and ambition to own both hunting and farming.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect delivery excellence with client growth.
