Your Responsibilities:

As an integral part of our project management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing detailed project plans to guide clients through each phase of their projects.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conducting risk management to minimize project risks.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and creating comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with project goals and company growth.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You possess experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which is highly preferred.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in project management roles.
• Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is mandatory, as effective communication in these languages is essential for this role.
• You are authorized to work in Belgium.
