This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work remotely most of the time—just plan on working in-person at our Linz office once a week.
Your territory
As part of our Product Design team, you will:
- Create scalable information architecture that helps users effortlessly navigate complex data and feature
- Translate broad, conceptual ideas into meaningful experiences that bring real value to millions of pet parents worldwide
- Turn complex data into clear, intuitive, and actionable visualizations that empower users to make informed decisions
- Design user flows and journeys that feel simple, elegant, and intuitive—even when the underlying systems are not
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and hardware/software complexity
- Communicate design intent through wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Integrate user research and feedback into every iteration, ensuring our solutions stay grounded in real needs
- Design beautiful, polished UI that's both usable and on-brand
- Advocate for user-centered improvements that elevate the overall customer experience

- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with proven expertise in information architecture and UX
- Proven ability to simplify complex data and systems into elegant, user-friendly solutions
- Experience designing insightful data visualizations with a focus on usability and clarity
- Solid understanding of hardware/software product ecosystems and their unique challenges
- Exceptional UI design skills with a sharp eye for detail, typography, and interaction patterns
- Skilled in prototyping and validating design concepts with tools like Figma (or similar)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
